Transition from 'Awakened Mode' Back To 'Business Mode'

 Have you ever felt like you’re on an amazing spiritual journey and everything is falling into place and then you have to do life!

How do you fit back to “normal” life when you feel awakened or aligned spiritually or enlightened or even self-aware??????

At first on my journey of self-discover I found it so hard to go from feeling spiritual to then jumping back into being an entrepreneur.

Even after a great meditation and some grounding I would feel like, if I went to do some work it would take that feeling away and so I would procrastinate.

I would just drift through the day busy however not productive.

Here are some Steps I use to get back into productive business.


  • Have a yearly goals sets worked out for your business.
  • Break these goals into quarterly priorities (every three month priorities)
  • Break these priorities into weekly tasks. Set your tasks for the day in the morning
  • Set your intention for the day. (this is really important)
  • Block out time for tasks and block out time for creativity.
  • Block time for grounding/gym or whatever your me time is.


Now when you find yourself drifting off, go back to your daily task sheet and tick the things you have done and sit with your intention for a minute, empty your mind and just say your intention.


We all know things come up in our day, just go back to your intention and the rest will follow.


Remember intentions set us up for the day. So if you keep saying something is hard it will stay hard. If you say you’re going to have a crappy day your day will be crappy. See the universe does listen so why not change it in its head and put out there that your day is going to be magnificently productive and you will make record sales. Set intentions that will make your day better and keep reminding yourself of them every day.


If you’re stuck in a pattern the pattern will not change until YOU change it. About 6 weeks ago I felt myself getting up in the morning day “I am so tired” and bang all day I felt tired. When I become conscious of this thought I changed my intention. Even though I felt tired I said to myself “I feel so refreshed and alert, this day I am going to kick some goals” guess what I kicked goals and felt amazing all day.


So change those thoughts and the universe will change alongside of you.
